Deliveries

Polystar follows a number of industry specific procedures when delivering our items to site.

• All deliveries are shrink wrapped once dropped off on site using high tensile strength cast wrap
• all site contacts are messaged, advised of their order and asked to confirm the working day before delivery. This is  so to ensure that the product will not be left sitting on site longer than necessary to avoid potential damage.
• during impending bad weather, all site contacts are messaged and asked to confirm their delivery dates and time slots. This is to avoid any damages caused to the product due to high winds and storms.
• Polystar reserves the right to deliver 24 hours in advance of the requested delivery date, providing that permission has been received from the relevant site contact.
